Notion Calendar and Databases

Linking your Notion Calendar to databases converts database entries into calendar events. All dated database items will appear in your calendar as All-day events unless specific times are set. You can adjust these events within your calendar, and changes will reflect in your Notion database.

Task Tracker

Connect your task database to track and manage everything you need to do in your Notion Calendar. This is useful for time-blocking to increase productivity. Ensure tasks have start and end times to reserve calendar time.

Product Roadmap

Connect your product roadmap to your calendar to keep track of planned launches. These can be all-day events that don't block calendar time. Use monthly view for a broader perspective of upcoming launches.

Content Calendar

Link your content calendar to stay updated on publishing deadlines. This allows you to see scheduled content, plan accordingly, and directly access related drafts and notes in Notion.
